Be Broken’s God’s Design for Emotional Growth and Sexuality is a 30-week, faith-based curriculum designed to help parents guide their children through healthy, God-honoring conversations about sexuality across four age tracks: 5–7, 8–10, 11–12, and 13–18. Built around six core conversations — emotions, God’s design for sex, preparation for exposure, temptation, processing exposure, and leveraging your own story as a parent — the curriculum takes a gradual, developmentally appropriate approach that helps families build trust and openness before tackling more sensitive topics.
One of its standout features is that all ages study the same topic in a given week, making it easy to spark family-wide conversations. The curriculum bundle includes two books, a board game, three online courses, age-specific lesson plans and printable assignments, and optional outside reading resources recommended for younger age groups.
